There are some simple things you should consider before applying to become a paramedic with Ambulance Victoria.
All applicants interested in becoming a paramedic with Ambulance Victoria Service need to be either permanent residents or citizens of Australia, or hold New Zealand citizenship. If you do not meet these criteria then you must hold a full-unrestricted work visa for Australia.
You must also hold a full Victorian driver’s licence at the minimal level of a probationary licence at P2 for one year.
