About The Role
Reporting to and supported by the Director of Growth and in collaboration with our Digital Marketing Manager and Admissions Manager, the Brand and Communications Manager will contribute to developing, executing, and overseeing the Australian Paramedical College brand and communication strategy.
The Brand and Communications Manager will guide and mentor a team of highly skilled marketers and is responsible for the day-to-day management and execution across branding, content creation, social media posting and management. A hands-on role that also includes copywriting, email marketing, community engagement, student alumni program, review and referral programs, brand partnership marketing, public relations, and assisting with learning content development.
About the Team
The Branding and Communications Team is responsible for developing and building upon our highly credible brand position within the education sector. This brand position is achieved by communicating with prospective, current, and alumni students and offering compelling content designed to maximise engagement and generate referrals and reviews. The team captures and shares student stories and experiences, nurtures and engages leads, and ultimately increases student enrolment quantity and quality.
The team is supported by a skilled Digital Marketing Manager who leads search engine optimisation, website development, and all paid advertising campaigns.
You must be energetic and passionate in supporting the creation and delivery of an ambitious marketing strategy and growing APC’s vibrant student and alumni body. You genuinely desire to do meaningful work, promoting courses that help people save lives. You’re a strategic and creative thinker with experience planning and implementing content campaigns and enjoy the varied tasks involved. You have an innate eye for all things branding, including style, copywriting, and design and can balance that with utilising data to drive decision making.
