The Casual Emergency Service Officer Medics FIFO Job WA Opportunity:

Currently seeking experienced ESO/Medics for casual shifts in the North West of WA.

Candidates must be work-ready from the start. This is a casual role with the potential for ongoing casual shifts.  Due to the urgent nature of requirements, candidates must be WA residents FIFO position from Perth. Both night and day shifts needing to be filled.

These positions will provide you with an exciting opportunity to join our company and become part of a team in the provision of Emergency Response Services.

Casual Emergency Service Officer Medics (ESO) FIFO Job WA Job with Falck:

You will provide ESO/Medic services in a professional, proactive manner and in accordance with our client’s (mining) scope of work and standard operating procedures (SOP). The role of ESO/MEdic will ensure  the mine site is maintained in a state of emergency response readiness. your role will also include providing a safe environment for all users.

Essential Skills & Experience: 

• Great Communication Skills
• Min. 3 years Mining Experience
• Min. 3 years Fire Service Experience

Essential Qualifications (selection criteria):

• Cert IV Healthcare
• Cert III Mines Rescue
• Certificate in Alcohol and Drug Testing
• Cert II in Public Safety – Fire Fighting & Emergency Operations (PUA20601) or higher
  • Statements of Attainment in:
    • Respond to Wildfire (PUAFIR204A);
    • Suppress wildfire (PUAFIR303B);
    • Operate Breathing Apparatus (PUAFIR207B);
    • Operate Pumps (PUAFIR309B);
• Australian Recognized Drivers license
• Current First Aid & CPR Certificate
• National Police Clearance

Desirable Qualifications:

• Iron Ore Essentials and Lockholder Inductions
• Certificate 4 Training and Assessment (TAE)
• 4×4 Certificate
• Construction White Card
• Rio Tinto Inducted
