Churches of Christ Queensland are looking for a clinical practice manager to look after emergency medical services and health clinics at a Medical Santo practice in Vanuatu. Medical Santo is a registered charity operating as a not-for-profit medical aid organisation providing health services to the local Vanuatu community, expatriate locals and tourists.
You will need to be a registered nurse, paramedic, or equivalent with remote area, or foreign aid experience.
Your substantial experience in leading teams and managing a clinical environment in primary care is backed by your ability to solve health, medical and logistical challenges in an environment of limited resources and operational change.
You are recognised for your ability to interact at a high level with key external stakeholders. Your high level of cross cultural competency helps you build relationships throughout the community.
Your active faith exemplifies a Christian lifestyle, where you live and work in accordance with your Christian values and are happy to engage with the local church community. Of course, you are also able to work within the mission and values of Churches of Christ in Queensland / Medical Santo. If you have a right combination of clinical and managerial experience and are looking to work in a new culture, Churches of Christ Queensland would love to talk to you.
Please apply online and attach a Resume and cover letter. For further information about the role or a confidential discussion, call Lyn Cox on 0407 723 685.
Applications will be considered as they are received.
