There are currently casual, fixed term and full-time positions available working either seven on/ seven off or four on/ four off rosters for individuals who are seeking a rewarding career opportunity in Victoria.

As an Emergency Service Officer you will be part of the site emergency response team by providing first response to all incidents.  Additionally, you will be responsible for supporting site training and HSE activities.

Essential Qualifications:

  • RII30709 Certificate III Mines Emergency Response & Rescue, or;
  • Cert II Public Safety, Firefighting and Emergency Operations.
  • 2+ years’ experience within a Emergency Service Officer role or equivalent
  • Australian Driver’s License (Manual, Medium Rigid)
  • Provide up to date immunisations for Tetanus and Hepatitis A&B
  • HLTAID006 – Advanced First Aid Certificate
  • Current National Police Clearance

Desirable Qualifications:

  • Cert IV in Training and Assessment
  • Current Physical Functional Capacity Evaluation
  • Australian Driver’s License (Manual, Heavy Ridged)
  • Certificate II and II in Security Operations
  • Security License with unarmed and monitoring modules
  • Drug and Alcohol Testing Certification
