Lutanda Manor Retirement Village offers a peaceful yet vibrant retirement lifestyle surrounded by expansive landscaped gardens in Pennant Hills.

The village is currently seeking an enthusiastic, committed and reliable Emergency Response Attendant to provide onsite overnight (4pm – 8am incorporating a sleepover shift) and weekend (8am – 4pm) response to Village emergency calls. The position will be on a casual basis working approximately two shifts per week.

With a commitment to providing exceptional customer service, the successful candidate will have proven experience in dealing with the elderly along with the ability to make critical decisions in relation to emergency call outs from residents with a professional and positive approach to work to ensure that all residents’ needs are met in accordance with Lendlease standards and Resident Committee requirements.

To be successful you must have;

  • Current First Aid Certificate (essential)
  • Certificate III in Community Services OR currently studying nursing (desirable)
  • Broad understanding of the legislation, regulations and requirements, and issues affecting Retirement Villages
  • Highly motivated and able to take initiative
