Medic Aid W.A are currently looking for Medics/Paramedics and Emergency Services Officers (ESO’s) to join our growing business for Perth, DIDO and FIFO locations (Ex Perth).
Essential criteria for Medic/Paramedic & ESO Jobs Perth include:
- HLT41115 – Certificate IV in Health Care (Ambulance) (or equivalent);
- Cert 111 Mine Emergency Response and Rescue MNM30605
- Authorised Drug Collection Officer (HLTPAT004);
- ‘C’ Class drivers licence to operate site emergency vehicles;
- Physically fit to perform the role; and
- National Police Clearance certificate (current to within 6 months of appointment)
- Good skills in the Microsoft Office Suite
- High level of effective communication, written and verbal
- Strong record keeping and presentation skills.
Desirable qualifications for Medic/Paramedic role:
- Mining industry experience or at least exposure to Surface/Underground Operations
- Certificate IV Workplace Health & Safety;
- Certificate IV Training and Assessor;
- Dangerous Goods Security Card
Essential criteria for ESO roles include:
- Cert III in Mines Emergency Response & Rescue MNM30605 or equivalent);
- HLT41115 – Certificate IV in Health Care (Ambulance) (or equivalent);
- Current BG4
- Authorised Drug Collection Officer (HLTPAT004);
- Medium Rigid (MR) drivers licence to operate site emergency vehicles;
- Physically fit to perform the role; and
- National Police Clearance certificate (current to within 6 months of appointment)
- Good skills in the Microsoft Office Suite
- High level of effective communication, written and verbal
- Strong record keeping and presentation skills.
Desirable qualifications for ESO role:
- Diploma of Paramedical Science;
- Mining industry experience or at least exposure to Surface/Underground Operations
- Certificate IV Workplace Health & Safety;
- Certificate IV Training and Assessor;
- Certificate II in Security Operations with Current Western Australian Security Licence;
- Dangerous Goods Security Card
- Demonstrated competence including but not limited to Closed Circuit Regenerative Breathing Apparatus, Open Circuit Breathing Apparatus, Urban & Wildfire suppression, Hazmat, Vertical Rescue, Confined space Rescue, Road Crash Rescue
