In this video Alan Hawke, Australian Paramedical College graduate, gives his top study tips for staying on track when studying Paramedicine.
Firstly, figure out what type of learner you are. Some people are visual learners while others prefer to write notes. By figuring out what works best, you will be able to absorb more information, quicker.
Secondly, he suggests using your network. If you are struggling, reach out to your peers or trainers – they want to help you succeed.
Lastly, he suggests setting small goals and finding small pockets of time every single day. If you’re taking a bus or train, use that time wisely and read a chapter or watch a training video.
