FAQ – What happens if I don’t pass an assessment the first time?

Undertaking clinical studies is just like any other course, there is a lot of new material to cover, new concepts to learn and requires effort to achieve the best result possible.

Emergency healthcare study can be challenging for a lot of students as there is a variety of subjects to master. At the College, we understand this and so have implemented processes to address this aspect. Therefore, if an assessment is submitted for marking and for some reason it does not meet the required standard, then the assigned trainer will work with the student on those aspects of the assessment that require further attention.

Basically, if there are questions that need to be repeated, we will send those to the student and the student re-submits it for marking – it’s that simple. Students are allowed 3 attempts at an assessment, with feedback from a trainer after each submission.

There are no additional charges or fees to re-submit an assessment – this service is included in the course fee.
