We encourage you to register your documents so they can be tracked in case they do not arrive.
We also think it is best that you keep a copy of your work, however, please send in the original document for marking.
When your assessment/s are received, you will receive an email confirmation. Your work will be logged and assigned to an assessor.
Once your assessment has been marked, you will be sent an email advising you of the outcome of your assessment. If your assessment needs more work, you will either get a call from your assessor to answer questions over the phone.
If there are numerous questions that you need to amend, your assessment will be posted back to you. You will have the opportunity to correct any errors and resubmit again for marking.
Trainers and assessors will only contact students if amendments are required.
