Seeking Expressions of Interest for the following positions:

  • Offshore Medic

Minimum Qualifications & Experience:

  • Must have extensive offshore experience
  • Doctors, nurses, physiotherapists and clinical psychologists to be registered in Australia with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA);
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) or equivalent;
  • Advanced Life/Cardiac Support (ALS or ACLS) or equivalent;
  • Early Management of Severe Trauma (EMST) or Advanced Trauma Life support (ATLS) or equivalent;
  • Training in the management of burns (EMSB or WA Model of Burn Care); and MIMMS training.
  • A minimum of 5 years of relevant and recent work experience (i.e. in an Emergency Department / ICU / Trauma Unit / remote medicine); and competence in primary care; and Company approval.
  • Paramedics must have a recognized qualification with Defense or State Ambulance Service;
  • Current Maritime Security Identification Card (MSIC) certification;
  • STCW Certificate of Basic Safety Training (STCW VI/1)
  • STCW Securty Awareness Training (STCW VI/6)
  • Produce Proof of Right to work in Australia; and
  • OPITO accredited Tropical Basic Offshore Safety Induction & Emergency Training (TBOSIET) certification
  • Current Passport
  • MSIC (desirable)
