Get your foot in the door as an event medic by training with the Australian Paramedical College. Our goal is to provide the highest standard of training for all students. APC offers first responder qualifications by way of a number of accredited paramedical training courses. The entry-level first responder paramedical qualification is the HLT41115 – Certificate IV in Health Care. This is a 12-18 month course to prepare you for life as an event medic for instance. From there, you would develop your training and move up to the HLT51015 – Diploma of Paramedical Science, opening up further paramedic job opportunities in the private sector.
