About *First Aid Officer Jobs Sydney:

Do you have a passion for health care and providing assistance to those in need? We are currently looking to recruit experienced Casual First Aid Officers to join the ICC Sydney first aid team. The role will have primary responsibility to provide first aid response to patrons, visitors, contractors and employees requiring immediate attention.

In addition you will also be responsible for the following duties:

  • Ensure the safety of co-workers, contractors, patrons and the general public through co-operation with management, ensuring compliance with the ICC Sydney Management System and relevant legislation.
  • Provide first aid response to patrons, visitors, contractors and employees requiring immediate attention.
  • Escalate first aid issues to appropriate medical services as required.
  • Assist the Venue First Aid Coordinator to develop, implement and maintain processes to ensure all first aid facilities and equipment is maintained as required with records available.
  • Accurately complete stocktakes including review of expiry dates on all consumables to ensure that supplies are maintained to prescribed levels.
  • Assist in ordering consumables and restock as required in line with the budget and procurement process.

Qualifications:

  • First Aid HLTAID003 current
  • Advanced Resuscitation HLTAID007 current
  • Advanced First Aid HLTAID006 current (desirable)
  • Certificate II Emergency First Response or Certificate III in Basic Health Care, HLT31215 or certificate IV in Health Care (Ambulance), HLT41012 / HLT41115 (desirable)
  • PUAEME005A Provide Pain Management (desirable)
