About Medical Supervisor Jobs Perth:

Based in Perth, as part of the Medical Services team, the Medical Services Supervisor is pivotal to providing operational supervision and coordination support for our medical services staff and activities consistent with our contract commitments.

With a focus on SDS’ Integrated Management System which combines quality, health, safety, environmental systems, consumer experience and managing clinical risk; this role will work independently and collaboratively with employees and managers to ensure quality governance systems are in place, clinical risk frameworks are functioning effectively, and there is a continuous improvement cycle in the delivery of high-quality medical services to our clients.

The Medical Services Supervisor:

• Oversees coordination of medical services to ensure high quality services are consistently delivered to our Clients;
• Provides logistical support for the management of medical services offered to Clients in the Australasian region;
• Performs analysis of information to monitor performance, identify trends and risks and implement change;
• Effectively allocates and manages resources to deliver agreed business outcomes
• Works collaboratively with the Medical Services Logistics Coordinator and line manager to achieve set objectives;
• Delivers responsibilities of the position in a professional, efficient and effective manner; in accordance with organisational policies and procedures also ISO Standards: 9001, 14001 and 45001.

Key responsibilities for *Medical Supervisor Jobs Perth:

• Day to day interface and supervision of remote site emergency, medical and healthcare professionals
• Project planning, mobilisation and demobilisation
• Induction of operational staff
• Oversight of rostering and deployment
• Medical equipment and stock management
• Manage interview and onboarding of medical services staff
• Maintenance of medical equipment asset registers
• Site based client relationship management
• Staff performance development
• Compilation of end of month reporting
• Facilitation of medical supply / resupply to remote sites

Qualifications and skills:

• Bachelor of Paramedical Science or similar (desirable)
• Qualifications in management or related field
• Advanced MS Word
• Intermediate to Advanced MS Excel
• Intermediate to Advanced MS Outlook
• Current Driver’s Licence
• Current National Police Clearance not more than three months old or ability to apply and provide one

Required experience for *Medical Supervisor Jobs Perth:

• Minimum 2 years working in a supervisory role within the pre-hospital or project based logistics industries
• Supervision of multi-site remote based staff
