What: The Operations Support Officer will assist their Site Services Team by coordinating the Onsite Medical Services business unit and personnel. Responsibilities will include:

  • Coordinating & delivering onsite medical services (ie. Coordination of site Medical Personnel supply; site vaccination and skin screening programs; onsite drug and  alcohol testing; onsite clinical operations and audits)  for clients
  • Developing relationships and tailoring onsite medical services to the client’s requirements;
  • Monitoring ongoing onsite medical service contracts;
  • Working closely with other Site Services team members;
  • Monitoring and understanding budgets;
  • Business development of the Onsite Medical Services area;
  • Administration duties;
  • Site relief and Mobilisation/ Demobilisation support for Onsite Medical Services staff
