What: The Operations Support Officer will assist their Site Services Team by coordinating the Onsite Medical Services business unit and personnel. Responsibilities will include:

Coordinating & delivering onsite medical services (ie. Coordination of site Medical Personnel supply; site vaccination and skin screening programs; onsite drug and alcohol testing; onsite clinical operations and audits) for clients

Developing relationships and tailoring onsite medical services to the client’s requirements;
-
Monitoring ongoing onsite medical service contracts;
-
Working closely with other Site Services team members;
-
Monitoring and understanding budgets;
-
Business development of the Onsite Medical Services area;
-
Administration duties;
-
Site relief and Mobilisation/ Demobilisation support for Onsite Medical Services staff
Where: Melbourne, Victoria.
What they need from you
-
Allied Health qualifications – The HLT 41115 Certificate IV in Health Care or HLT 51015 Diploma of Paramedical Science (Advanced Life Support) would suit perfectly

Industry exposure to an onsite mining or construction environment

Excellent presentation and communication skills
-
Ability to travel remote when required

Experience with administration tasks and service coordination
