About Surface Medic ESO Jobs WA:
Baseline are seeking applications from Surface and Underground Medic and Emergency Service Officers with a strong medical background in mine site / remote location for ongoing short, long term and shutdown contracts with FIFO out of Perth.
The successful Surface Medic and Emergency Service Officers will hold the following experience and qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years’ experience on a remote mine site or resource project
- Certificate III in Mine Emergency Response
- Certificate III Public Safety Fire Fighting Operations (Desirable)
- Minimum Self Contained Breathing Apparatus, Respond to Fire, Road Accident Rescue, HAZMAT and Confined Space Rescue
- Certificate IV in Health Care or Diploma of Paramedical Science
- Cert IV in TAE (Desirable)
- Authorised Drug and Alcohol Tester Certification
- National Police Clearance completed within the last 12 months (or willing to obtain)
The successful Underground Medic and Emergency Service Officers will hold the following experience and qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years’ experience on a remote underground mine site or resource project
- Operate BG4
- Cert III in Mine Emergency Response (Preferred)
- Certificate III Public Safety Fire Fighting Operations (Preferred)
- Certificate IV in Health Care or Diploma of Paramedical Science
- Cert IV in TAE (Desirable)
- Authorised Drug and Alcohol Tester Certification (Preferred)
- National Police Clearance completed within the last 12 months (or willing to obtain)
Applicants with the following additional skills will be highly desired for Underground Medic Jobs WA:
- Possess high level written and communication skills
- Be self-motivated, proactive and enthusiastic
- The ability to work in a team environment
