Australian Paramedical College graduate has won “Vocational Student of the Year” in the 2021 NSW Training Awards – Riverina/Murray Region.
Carissa was nominated due to her dedication and commitment to completing her Diploma of Paramedical Science while still attending year 10 and 11 at High School!
Carissa demonstrated dedication to her studies and successfully completed most of her theoretical components within the first assessment attempt. She then excelled in her Clinical Workshop and out on the road in her Clinical Placement. At such a young age, Carissa has shown skills and wisdom beyond her years, and we wish her every success in her paramedical career.
We are inspired by Carissa’s commitment, enthusiasm and how passionately she applied herself to her studies. We are honoured to have been a part of her journey.
