Our Industry Partnership
Australian Paramedical College (APC) partnered with Get First Aid to offer our students and graduates both Clinical Placement and employment opportunities in NSW, the ACT and QLD.
Initially only offering Clinical Placement to individuals enrolled on HLT41120 – Certificate IV in Health Care, this partnership soared to extreme heights upon its establishment and almost immediately expanded its offering to APC’s HLT51020 – Diploma of Emergency Health Care students too.
The partnership allows students to gain the most out of their Clinical Placement through Get First Aid’s extensive event medical services, and the exclusive chance to gain employment as a student – meaning you can earn whilst you learn!

About Get First Aid
Get First Aid was founded in 2018 by owners Ryan and Alison Deale in Binalong, NSW. They have since grown to have 50+ team members, made up of first responders, advanced medics, senior advanced medics, paramedics, nurses and more.
Ryan shared with APC, “Get First Aid is super excited to partner with APC. We’ve have had quite a few students become employed with Get First Aid…We look forward to seeing students grow and be ready for new opportunities and challenges.”

Get First Aid is renowned across NSW and the ACT for the event medical support they offer. From attending National Folk Fest to V8 Superboats Championships and Floriade, the Get First Aid team have a wealth of experience.
Whether they are attending parades, sporting events or conferences, Get First Aid goes above and beyond to not only offer basic medical support, but also triage care medical centres and roving medics providing exceptional service to ensure patron safety at all times.
