Our Industry Partnership

Australian Paramedical College (APC) and Salus Group became Industry Partners in late 2023, providing APC’s Queensland student and alumni base with exciting Clinical Placement and employment opportunities.

Offering real-life experience through their event medical business, Queensland Emergency Medical Services (QEMS), students can work alongside their healthcare team in supporting shifts ranging from low to high acuity across Queensland.

About Salus Group & QEMS

In operation for over five years now, Salus Group is a multi-faceted business that specialises in providing essential medical services such as Community Paramedic Programs, Medical Education, First Aid Supplies, Event Medical Services and more.

Part of the wider business, QEMS, looks after major events, supplying medical professionals such as paramedics, medics and first aiders to help provide medical support. This is where APC students can get involved too!

The Group’s mission is to ensure that individuals and businesses are equipped with the necessary tools and knowledge to deal with emergencies.
